Del Carmen Restaurant offers a different culinary experience in the middle of a casual atmosphere and tropical environment that characterizes Oasis Hotel. It is a unique place to taste the best local, national and international gastronomy while delighting with the impressive view of the Sea of Cortez. Spacious area with air conditioning that accommodates 80 people and a spectacular terrace that welcomes up to 300 people.
Three special “all you can eat” dinners each week. Tuesday evening is Sushi Night. Wednesday evening is Italian Night with salad, pasta and pizza. Saturday is a clambake and BBQ.
